About Position


Systems is looking for well rounded Senior Technical Support Lead with 7 years of Industry experience in a fast paced dynamic environment The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent professional qualification and should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills


Proven knowledge of AWS/Cloud based

  • Proven knowledge of AWS/Cloud based development, automation and deployment.
  • CI/CD Pipeline development, deployment and cloud support services.
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting REST APIs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting reported problems.
  • Good fault diagnosis ability.
  • Experience in the delivery of high quality customer support.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker.
  • Availability to travel to other sites when required.
  • Excellent English language spoken and written communication skills.


  • Provide first and second level office hours support for customers via live telephone support, customer generated web queries, and other support channels, including on site operations, as required.
  • Assign tasks to other support engineers, plan and priorities tasks.
  • Provide 24/7 on call support for global deployments.
  • Perform root cause analyses and resolve software faults in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Analysis and resolution efforts with other product specialists and with cloud and software development.
  • Plan and execute maintenance actions both remotely and onsite.
  • Maintain on going record of problem analysis and resolution activity in on line call tracking system.
  • Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
  • Utilities/tools as required by customers and/or the organization.
  • Undertake project specific activities such as developing technical documentation, specialized training and knowledge base.
