Software Automation Engineer
Job role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts of our software products. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using industry standard tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress & Appium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and plans
- Work closely with developers to integrate automation testing into the continuous integration and deployment pipeline
- Maintain & improve the test suites
- Analyze and report test results to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other engineering activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
- Lead the automation testing efforts and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Continuously research and evaluate new testing technologies and methodologies to improve the test automation process
