Job Description
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- 2 Years Experienced in Linux/Unix environment and log analysis practices.
- Certification/Experience in GCP, AWS, Java with Spring boot, microservices, Kubernetes, Oracle/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React, NodeJS
- DevOps experience will be an added advantage
- Backlog tools like JIRA and Agile practices.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Engineer or similar role.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help in both written and verbal channels
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Hands-on experience in application support, infrastructure support and/or cloud support.
