What Does a Customer Support Engineer Do?

Job Description

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • 2 Years Experienced in Linux/Unix environment and log analysis practices.
  • Certification/Experience in GCP, AWS, Java with Spring boot, microservices, Kubernetes, Oracle/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React, NodeJS
  • DevOps experience will be an added advantage
  • Backlog tools like JIRA and Agile practices.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Engineer or similar role.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help in both written and verbal channels
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration
  • Hands-on experience in application support, infrastructure support and/or cloud support.
