Talent Acquisition – Internship
Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect interview feedback
- Make screening calls and organize assessments
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design and prepare job advertisements
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Support employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Requirements
- Prior internship experience of at least 06 months
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
