Tech Lead – L3 Support

Job specific duties and responsibilities
- Liaise with business analysts, product owners and others in order to understand the business requirements
Carry out detail technical designing of software solutions
Estimate effort and resource requirements for software projects
Implementation of the technical design including coding, calling existing services, creating new components etc.
Ensure engineering principals and related processes are adhered to
Mentoring junior members by Identifying possible knowledge and skill gaps and guiding them to bridge those
Required competencies, qualifications and experience
Expert on Web Services and related technologies(SOAP/REST)
Very good understanding on SOA
Core C# Features (Tuple, Extension Methods, Lambda, Anonymous Functions)
Concurrent Programming (Task-based Asynchronous Pattern- TAP, Manage/Unmanaged thread pools)
XML Transformations Techniques (XML Parsing, XSLT, XSL-FO)
Unit Testing Exposure – Advance (NUnit/XUnit along with mocking, coverage)
Loggins and Exception Framework Exposure – Advance
Experience on CI/CD pipelines
Experience in working with JavaScript and SPA frameworks (Angular/React)
Experience in working with SQL Databases like SQL Server or NoSQL DBs
