Tech Lead – Software Engineer- Analytics Architecture

The Job

• Leading software products related to Analytics department

• Leading development of the Implementation of GUIS, APIs, and services related to Analytics solutions

• Resource allocation and estimation on new developments as well as maintenance tasks

• maintaining documents required for APIs

• code reviewing and standardization of coding and best practices.

• Involves with Designing of software components and architectures

• Enforce object-oriented designs and best practices and maintain microservice based architecture

• Enforcement of security and data protection across all services and integrations

• Involve in requirement elaboration, creating each scrum scope and tasks

• Look after automated testing platforms and unit testing

• Looking after team growth in technical and soft skills of SSE/SE and interns

• Make sure proper Knowledge sharing between developers and maintain resource pool while switching tasks of developers

• Looking after overall software layer of Analytics department

• • Deploy CI/CD pipelines

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or relevant major with good programming and technical skills.

• 4+ years of experience within the field of Software Engineering

• Experience in leading and managing a team at least for 2 years

• Expertise and hands on experience in JavaScript/Node.js, Java/Springboot and relevant frameworks

• Experience on development of Rest APIs and handling other requirements like performance and security

• Experience in asynchronous programming

• Experience on software debugging and bug fixing

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application and performance

• Experience on user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments and other security aspects

• • Knowledge in different database systems and query languages like SQL, Snowflake and mongo DB and optimization those and queries for performance
