This is a hands-on role that includes planning, designing, coding, debugging, testing, deployment and team leadership. In addition, the position will require interfacing with other internal and external technology stakeholders.

• Enterprise application development with Java frameworks
• API development with Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience with Relational and NoSql databases (Prior knowledge in Apache Cassandra would be an added advantage)
• Understanding of Microservice architecture and related concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployment (experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Container Registry will be a plus)
• An expert knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, Software Development Life Cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience working with Enterprise Service Busses (ESB) or Message Queues is desirable
• Willingness to learn different programming paradigms, languages and technologies is a requirement
• Experience working on multiple software projects throughout their full life cycles
• A deep understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Expert on object oriented design, design patterns and data structures
• 5+ years hands on experience in software development
• Willingness to learn different tools and platforms is a requirement
