The Position
Intrepid delivers excellent service to the customers with its customer relationship management systems. Salesforce is the key system we use for customer relationship management. As we expand our Salesforce development fleet to deliver more customer-centric solutions and user experience we are now looking for skilled developers who can take up this challenge and lead Intrepid towards our key objectives
This is a full-time position permanent position based in our Colombo office. We believe vaccines play critical role in the safe return of travel. To ensure our workplaces are safe, we require proof of Covid-19 vaccination when you work from an Intrepid office, attend company events or travel on trips. For those who can’t provide proof of vaccination or a medical exemption, we may offer the option for remote work.
Some of your main responsibilities will include
Consult with key stakeholders, design and develop interfaces and modules to service
Taking on a lead roles within an Agile team to deliver up to date solutions for the wider business.
Develop, debug, unit test applications, and meet deadlines with high stakeholder satisfaction
Undertake development tasks as per project plan(s) and the availability
Provide your technical expertise to the Business
Some of the essentials you’ll have are:
6+ years of significant experience as a Salesforce Engineer or 8+ years of experience on other technology such as Java, .net, JS developer with minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience
Previous experience in people managing
Previous experience in leading technology projects
Deep understanding of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
Deep understanding of OOP concepts
Experience in engaging highly complex integrations and large data volume
