Technical Lead – Spring boot / Angular

Responsibilities
- Planning and executing product/solution development in compliance with the HLPD and LLPD.
- SPOC for the Product architect in the development of HLPD and LLPD and the overall project.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
- Conduct training to the project teams on technologies and product architectures.
- Regular Code reviews and guidance to team members to improve product quality.
- Take ownership of publishing product release artifacts to QA and delivery.
- Assist Product Architect in handling/resolving L3 issues.
- Prepare & conduct technical workshops and training for internal & external stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent, and 4-6 years of experience in development and in managing teams.
- Programming skills: –
Back-end – Java Spring boot
Front-end – Angular
Databases – MySQL
- Experience using team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc.) and Familiar with CICD tools (Eg: Jenkins, code pipeline, git)
- Exposure to Agile methodology and Scrum
- Experience in Azure will be an added advantage.
