UI/UX Lead
Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic/Web Design, User Experience or equivalent.
5 years of experience in Mobile App and Web UI/UX design, preferably working on a large-scale digital projects or equivalent experience in a digital agency, media company, advertising agency.
Interaction Design Foundation certification or equivalent
A portfolio of previous design work. Preferably with a description of his/her role in the project, how the project was conducted, the challenges faced, how those challenges were overcome and the learnings.
UX skills with the ability to create & annotate user experiences/ wireframes/prototypes.
Passionate in identifying new trends, technologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with stakeholders/clients.
Experience in mentoring team members and ability to create the culture in the team
Experience in design principles and design systems
Experience with Information Architecture
Ability to take creative direction and produce highly engaging designs that show a strong attention to details.
Digital design, layout and typography skills with strong, clean visuals.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, UXPin, Adobe XD, Figma or Framer..
Able to manage multiple projects & tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, communication and teamwork skills.
Strong observation and analytical skills.
Ability to compile and evaluate data gathered to make recommendations Bonus
Technical languages and frameworks, such as: HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, HighchartsJS, PHP, .Net, WordPress, SQL.
Ability to communicate through the entire design/development stack – from IT infrastructure through coding & integration technologies in a responsive design environment.
Experience with Design Sprint, Agile work environment.
Experience in ecommerce or the telecommunications industry.
Experience in the full development life cycle of mobile applications.
Exposure to Design Systems such as Material Design and Atomic Design.
