Orel Studio is searching for exceptional individuals who will boost the creative output of the division, bringing to life integrated campaigns.

The Role

• Derive a clear brief based on the client’s specific objectives and the ability to convince them on the ideal solution.
• Lead and manage the user experience design process from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure that design standards and best practices are upheld

The Person

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the sphere of UI/UX
• Hands on experience with prototyping and conducting usability tests
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices.
• Extensive knowledge about design tools, system creation and maintenance
• Provide thought leadership for the user experience team
• Knowledge on HTML/CSS
