Web Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer fluent in CSS, HTML and Javascript skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Building, updating and maintaining responsive websites in WordPress
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Configuring & customizing WordPress, WP plug-ins & integrating with other tools
- Ensuring website stability & performance
- Using standard & best development practices
- Understand client requirements and translate them into proper UX and UI functionality
- Work closely with digital strategists, UI/UX designers & Marketing team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years front end website development and maintenance experience in WordPress/PHP
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, computer science or any related field
- Fluent in CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Good sense of design and user experience Ability to troubleshoot website issues
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Integrity, Honesty and Loyalty
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly
- Ability to work on-site (Living close proximity to Kandy)
