Requirements

• Part Qualified in a Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
• High Standard of Spoken & Written English
• Minimum of 1 year experience (Experience in BPO Sector preferred)
• Experience in working with ERP Systems will be an added advantage
• An aptitude for picking up new IT systems and processes will be important.

Responsibilities

The selected staff will be responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Management. This will involve:

• Recording of Receipts & Payments
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Control & Debtor Management
• Liaising internally with Account Managers
• Posting of Purchase Invoices in a timely manner
• Ensuring Payments are made when due to avoid disruptions
