Our client a VoIP and Cloud Communications provider based in London, UK is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to work in their Offshore Office in Colombo. (Role is work from office**)

Being able to communicate at all levels within an organisation, including senior management, will be important. You will grow in a fast-paced, innovative and deadline-orientated environment.

Working hours are 11am – 8pm, Monday to Friday***

Requirements

Part Qualified (Finalist) in a Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
High Standard of Spoken & Written English
Minimum of 1 year experience (Experience in BPO Sector preferred)
Experience in working with ERP Systems will be an added advantage
An aptitude for picking up new IT systems and processes will be important.

Responsibilities

The selected staff will be responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Management. This will involve:
Recording of Receipts & Payments
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Control & Debtor Management
Liaising internally with Account Managers
Posting of Purchase Invoices in a timely manner
Ensuring Payments are made when due to avoid disruptions
