Job description

We are looking for an Accounts executive to take charge of the financial strength of our company by administering accounts operations to meet legal requirements.

You should be familiar invoices and budget preparations. Ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle company petty cash
• Raise payment vouchers
• Feed system with inbound payments and outbound payments
• Handle bank deposits
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations
• Monthly Account and Vendor Reconciliations
• Assist the Accountant with necessary reports

Requirements

• Proven work experience in similar role.
• Compact knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience in using financial software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Sharp time management skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Academic or professional qualification in accounting.
