What We Are Looking For:

• A Degree or equivalent in Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working with accounting software will be a definite advantage.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• A self-motivated individual who can multi-task and manage workload effectively.
• An individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

What You’ll Need To Do:

• Prepare outsourced accounting function services for our client, including handling payment transactions, bookkeeping supplier and customer invoices, payroll, monthly reconciliations and responding to customer queries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting including processing journal entries.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Have regular communication with the offshore and onshore team to clarify doubts or point out errors in the transactions.
• Take ownership of work assignments and contribute to the success of the team.
