As part of the wider North Technology group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance marine industry. We are looking for a Finance enthusiast to join our Shared Service Team to support our growing presence.

POSITION   DESCRIPTION

Type of contract Full time role

Location Sri Lanka

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Checking relevant supporting documents and arranging for payments and recording them in the system.

• Carrying out Bank reconciliations on all bank accounts.

• Generating invoices for all sales and recording them in the system.

• Manage relationships with suppliers/customers through timely payment and receipts.

• Assist in the improvement and streamlining of the accounts payable/receivable process.

• Monitoring and recording daily transactions and carry out other accounting and finance related tasks.

• Responsible and helping the team for month end closing and preparation of schedules and reconciliations as and when needed.

Profile

• A degree in Accountancy or completed ICASL/ACCA/ CMA/CIMA.

• Should be able to build up a good relationship with the client as well as with the customers.

• Excellent command in English and computer literacy.

• High level of personal integrity with the ability to independently work under pressure in a highly

dynamic, team-based environment.

Bonus Skills

• Previous audit experience would be an added advantage.

• Experience in Accounts payable will be an advantage.
