Requirements

Part Qualified (Finalist) in a Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
High Standard of Spoken & Written English
Minimum of 1 year experience (Experience in BPO Sector preferred)
Experience in working with ERP Systems will be an added advantage
An aptitude for picking up new IT systems and processes will be important.

Please note the working hours are 11am – 8pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
The selected staff will be responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Management. This will involve:
Recording of Receipts & Payments
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Control & Debtor Management
Liaising internally with Account Managers
Posting of Purchase Invoices in a timely manner
Ensuring Payments are made when due to avoid disruptions
