Administration Executive
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with other departments and attend to their inquiries with related to administrative procedures and maintaining databases.
• Maintain relevant records for the office equipment, mobile SIMs and issue logs.
• Handle all procurement related matters (ordering of stationery, equipment act) and coordinating with relevant vendors.
• Attend to all transport and event arrangements of the Company.
• Liaise with relevant personnel for document delivery, building and office maintenance.
• Present reports as and when required by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Fully/Part qualified in HR, Administration or Operations Management from a reputed institute.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a similar capacity.
• Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L.
• Excellent communication (both English & Sinhala) and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and passionate individual with positive attitudes.
• Computer Literate (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and being tech savvy would be an added advantage.
• Highly organized with attention & ability to work under minimum supervision.
