Administrative Intern
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Assisting with office maintenance and procurement requirements from all departments.
• Assisting with tracking assets of the Company and their movements.
• Assisting with employee mobile phone/SIM handovers during onboarding & collection at the time of offboarding.
• Assisting with booking transport for staff for business travel purposes.
• Coordination with all Departments to fulfill their admin requirements in a timely manner.
• Admin date entry, updating databases, and record keeping.
• Coordinating logistical requirements for the Company.
• Responsible for filing and organizing office documentation.
• Assisting the admin/ finance / HR team with any ad-hoc work.
• Ensure timely payment of hotels, utility bills, travel agents, and other service providers.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• GCE OLs/ALs is a must.
• Following a diploma or Degree in Business Management / Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Good computer literacy skills (MS office Gmail).
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala is must (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a pleasant personality.
• Available to work from Monday to Friday from Colombo 01 for a period of approximately 3 months.
• Willingness to work on a roster/ after office hours or during weekends if needed.
• Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated.
