Air Freight Manager, Careers at Mind Plus, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We are looking to hire an “Air Freight Manager” for a well-reputed company in Colombo.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to Air Freight Operations
• Business administration, international trade, logistics, or equivalent in years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Knowledge in the airline industry and related Business experience
• Good command of English
• Good computer literacy

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Airfreight Product and Support Operations for Sri Lanka business
• Engage with customers & internal stakeholders (Commercial, Network, etc.) to keep abreast of current market trends; review & revise the product practices as necessary to successfully meet customer needs.
• Engage and Manage Relationships with Airlines, Airport Handling Authorities, and Other Airfreight Related Vendors Like CHA, Transporters, etc.
• Liaise, negotiate and finalize Rate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and customers with strong performance management, while complying with company procurement and compliance guidelines
