The Transaction Strategy and Execution team within EY-Parthenon advises clients on Tech/IT and Operations related aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence and integration/separation planning and execution – and we help clients manage acquisition/divestment programs from start to finish.

You will be advising Private Equity and corporate clients on a wide range of Tech/IT areas relating to acquisitions/divestments including IT/cyber due diligence as well as planning and delivering on the integration/separation programs that often follow such transactions.

• Qualifications: 
  • You have graduated in 2021 or are planning to graduate in 2022
  • Proficiency in English and preferably also in a Nordic language
  • Interest in M&A
  • Have an analytical and solution-oriented mind-set

What you can expect  

The applications process consists of the following steps

• Cognitive test and on demand interview: Applicants will receive invitations to a set of cognitive tests and invited to on demand video-interviews. The latter is your chance to express your motivation.
• Interviews: Selected candidates will be invited to two face-to-face interviews including one case interview.
