About the job
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
· At least 3 years of experience in the capacity of assistant finance manager
· Previous experience in having been employed at an organization related to the manufacture and export of products
· Knowledge in having managed BOI related financial obligations
· Fair knowledge of Inland revenue department regulations and legal compliance
· SAP knowledge and experience in working with other ERP systems is mandatory
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Take responsibility for the planning and execution of all finance related duties of the company
· Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business, to ensure financial stability
· Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports, required by regulatory authorities
· Manage the financial risks involved when conducting regular business activities
· Estimate short and long-term financial objectives of the organization by setting performance targets
· Compile financial reports and supervise month-end processes
· Draft procurement processes and sign off purchase orders
· Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the finance department
· Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investment
