Requirement
- HR generalist with at least 5 Years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- PQHRM or similar qualifications.
- Special experience in Group level functions such as policy development, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards Management, Welfare, Community and Employee Engagement and performance Management
- Good command in both English and Sinhala; Tamil speaking ability would be a definite advantage
