Job Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and evaluating improvements in the Cross Border business unit including assortment, campaigns & brands
• Developing strategies to enhance the performance of the business unit
• Planning campaign planning and successful implementation
• Closely work with cross-functional and regional teams to achieve departmental objectives
• Drive in-house and support the execution of regional projects

Candidate Requirements

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing or a similar professional qualification from a recognized university or institute
• Should posses strong analytical skills
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Should be able to join within a short notice
• Should have excellent negotiation, people management, and communication skills in order to work along with multiple stakeholders across the business
• Strong learning agility along with a creative mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet strict deadlines.
