Key purpose of the Job

As Assistant Manager – Cutting, you will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring that the line input is fed on time, considering PO and delivery wise input. You will build an effective and efficient Cutting team to meet the planned line requirements and reduce OT per month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and achievement of targets for cutting and embellishment function, in line with production target
2. Oversee the cutting function in an efficient manner for achievement of OTD and optimum capacity utilization
3. Oversee the Embellishment function in an efficient manner for achievement of OTD
4. Implement improvement initiatives/projects including YY saving for the cutting process and ensure compliance
5. Lead and Manage Cutting and Embellishment team
