Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing
The Person we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things in marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to revenue growth. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. You need to make sure to plan and execute optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness; and to promote our services through digital channels
Responsibilities
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
· Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Organic Channels (SEM) and Paid Search.
· Create targeted link building campaign and keyword plan for SEO/SEM success
· Being very proficient and experienced with Google AdWords and Google Analytics (at least 2 years of experience).
· Creating, executing, and monitoring Digital marketing campaigns and its budgets.
· Continuous analysis, optimization, and reporting of all paid campaigns
· Delivery of reports on performance activity to internal/external stakeholders
· Measuring key performance metrics, including web site traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend re turn on investment.
· Use of marketing analysis platforms – Hot jar (web site recordings), SEMRUSH (competitive analysis tools) and others.
· Working with the Business Development Team to improve marketing results and to identify innovative growth strategies.
· Monitoring and flagging digital competitor activity
· Staying on top of market trends for innovation within the performance marketing space.
· Delivery of campaigns through channels or specific partner sand monitoring performance against KPIs
What we require
· A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or other relevant fields.
· Experience in a digital marketing or advertising role (at least 3 years)
· Work experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices (including but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Ads)
· Comfortable working with large data sets and making decisions from the output
· Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that deliver against targets
· Hands-on ability, setting up campaigns, optimizing, reporting etc.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Creative and excellent at creating social media contents and ads.
· Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
· Strong analytical thinking skills.
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
