Assistant Manager Finance
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent from an internationally recognized accounting body
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in accounting practice or the finance department of a large commercial organization
- Expertise in people management
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate to the manager regarding service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays, if any, in achieving deadlines
- Ensure that detailed procedure manuals are constantly updated & reviewed accordingly for the owned processes
- Ensure that all information related to the processes owned, are maintained in the agreed format
- Ensure that the quality standards laid out, are met for the processes owned
- Take ownership of allocated processes and ensure that all process deadlines are met on time
- Review Journals, reconciliations, fixed asset records and cash management processes
- Take necessary action to ensure that the ledger close activities are completed on time
- Preparation of MI report on the close status
Remuneration : Rs.80,000 – Rs.110,000 + allowances
Work Location : Colombo 10 – Transport will be provided on the return journey
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
UK Time – 01.30pm to 10.30pm
US Time – 05.30pm to 02.30pm
