Responsibilities & Duties:

• Management of the employee life cycle & need to ensure that all actions with reference to the Employee Life cycle will be carried out in a smooth, timely ,and accurate manner
• Custodian of all compliance and audit related matters locally as well as per the mother company in UAE
• Fully responsible for carrying out all operational HR activities including on-boarding and off-boarding
• Preparation of MI Reports and maintain employee records manually and through HRIS
• Handling Staff cadre payroll
• Managing employee disciplinary matters
• Managing the automation projects of the HR operation


Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree inHR/ or Professional qualification in HRM (Preferably CIPM)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational
• HR Excellent knowledge in MSOffice Specially in Excel.
• Knowledge in power BI would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely information in an orderly manner
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
