Assistant Manager – International Markets Imports

Job Responsibilities
- Strategize new items and product launches.
- Work with a cross functional team to launch new items.
- Ensure all launches are planned and launched on time.
- Manage the portfolio of 300 items.
- Ensure business rules are followed for each product and managed appropriately
- Execute campaigns and promotions.
- Generate sales reports and monitor sales, contribution and margins
- Get involved in negotiations with suppliers.
- Achieve monthly targets on sales.
- Achieve contribution targets.
Person Specifications
- Should possess a Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum 03 to 04 years work experience in the similar capacity
- Microsoft Excel,
- Practical knowledge about dealing with international suppliers, logistics operations and dealing with customs and other related authorities,
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
