Assistant Manager MIS

Responsibilities
• Circulate reports with the sales teams, cross-functional teams and senior leaders as per the agreed time lines- daily, weekly, monthly.
• Support ad-hoc data requirements of stakeholders.
• Identify trends; improve data visualization for providing insightful analysis of business data.
• Automate extraction of reports to drive efficiency and reduce TAT.
• Responsible for data hygiene, quality and accuracy of the dashboards. Build processes to create error-free and easily producible reports.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position in Insurance Industry is mandatory.
• Degree and/or professional qualification in Finance/Statistic’s.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Oracle SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• A team player with strong collaboration & cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
