ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement business development strategies for distribution, shop-in-shop, corporate and online marketplace channels
· Strategic planning and achievement of William Penn’s commercial targets
· Manage and expand the business within agreed and set parameters
· Service current accounts and develop new business accounts to meet commercial targets
· Ensure the prescribed sales/stock to ratio is maintained
· Work together with Marketing team to plan and implement promotions
· Provide directions, manage, and motivate sales team
Requirements
· Age between 28 – 35 years
· A minimum of 05 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in a luxury product category
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar professional qualification
· Should possess strong interpersonal skills and have an analytical mindset
· Should be results oriented and have the ability to bring in fresh and innovative ideas
· Team player with demonstrated leadership and organization skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to multitask
