Assistant Manager Training

For a UK based company in the “Conveyancing”. Following are the job description and requirements.
FUNCTIONS TO WORK IN:
- Agree with and create L&D KPI’s with sign off from HOD to ensure department is aligned to organizational objectives
- Develop, design and deliver workshops for new hires and tenured associates.
- Communicate with departments managers across business.
- Develop training manuals, assessments, workshop activities & training decks in line with T&D plans.
- Research, propose and facilitate conveyancer continuous professional development qualifications and certifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent grasp of English language with fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
- Masters/Degree in HR or Management or Learning & Development.
- Teaching certification or accreditation from a reputed institute.
- Least of 02 years of experience in a similar role (Asst Manager role) related to L&D.
- Ability to work for UK shifts (11.30am-07.30am) Subject to change to operational requirements. (Transportation will be provided at night)
