For a UK based company in the “Conveyancing”. Following are the job description and requirements.

FUNCTIONS TO WORK IN:

  • Agree with and create L&D KPI’s with sign off from HOD to ensure department is aligned to organizational objectives
  • Develop, design and deliver workshops for new hires and tenured associates.
  • Communicate with departments managers across business.
  • Develop training manuals, assessments, workshop activities & training decks in line with T&D plans.
  • Research, propose and facilitate conveyancer continuous professional development qualifications and certifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent grasp of English language with fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
  • Masters/Degree in HR or Management or Learning & Development.
  • Teaching certification or accreditation from a reputed institute.
  • Least of 02 years of experience in a similar role (Asst Manager role) related to L&D.
  • Ability to work for UK shifts (11.30am-07.30am) Subject to change to operational requirements. (Transportation will be provided at night)
