Assistant Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our brand, products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. The role will report directly to the Head of Commercial and overlook the rest of the marketing team which would include a designer and content developer.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
• Be savvy with digital marketing strategies, both creative and analytical, and constantly recommend strategies for increasing following, customer base, and footfall into the outlets.
• Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics, and write performance reports
• Lead and manage marketing department staff by overlooking tasks, objectives, strategies, and ensure projects and programs are delivered on time
• Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals in achieving marketing objectives
• Write copy for and oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media releases, advertising spots, website content, and social media content
• Present regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
• Organize and implement company-wide and marketing events

• Degree in Marketing
• Previous experience in a similar role
