Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking to hire Assistant Sales Managers for our Branch branch network Islandwide.

We are Union Assurance part of the John Keells Group. As the oldest private Insurance Company in Sri Lanka we have been serving our clients for over 34 years now.

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill several junior and senior management positions. We welcome candidates from any industry preferably with a Sales background but not essential.

We welcome individuals who like to come up with new ideas. Who like to think outside the box and who like to challenge the established ways.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria.

☆ Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience.

☆ Prior Experience in the Finance, Banking, FMCG or Insurance Industry is an advantage.

☆ Must have passed OL and AL exams.

☆ A Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
