Associate Finance – Payment Section
Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Cross Checking Payment Request based on Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and relevant shipping documents
- Vendor reconciliations
- Preparing daily/weekly reports
Person Specifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in finance field
- Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA or CMA
- Knowledge in handling suppliers and payments
- SAP and shipping related knowledge will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both spoken & written)
- Willingness to work on Ksa shift (10.30AM to 7.30PM) and as per calendar of kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Willingness to work from Sunday to Thursday
