Associate Lead – Solutions Engineer

The Job

• Responsible for the most prominent and complex enterprise customer accounts and solutions.
• Proactively engage with Enterprise customers on their technical solution management and Design/ Develop/Customize Enterprise customer solutions.
• Responsible to visit customer’s along with the sector manager/account manager to understand, gather info and collate info pertaining to customer requirement.
• Work with designated and potential business partners to promote and pitch sales for enterprise customer solutions.
• Utilize the available network resources optimally by coordinating with network technical teams.
• Involve with Enterprise customer’s required solution product and services evaluations.
• Check Enterprise Customer Implementations for proper authorizations.
• Provide Technical details/work orders for relevant parties for implementations.
• Responsible for related sectors Solution designing and implementation as per SLA’s.
• Involve in projects and operational activities related to Dialog vendors / Other Operators and new products.
• Provide Solution diagrams and technical write-ups for customer proposals.

The Person

• Should possess a B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Electronics and telecommunication.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the field
• CCNP would be an added advantage.
• Project Management Skills
• Ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and ability to adapt to challenging situations
