•Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in HR domain preferably from IT Industry
•Experience in handling end to end General HR responsibilities

•Reporting and analytics skills would be an added advantage
•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills
•Computer literate particularly Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
•Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
