Associate Manager, People Business Partnering

Role Profile

In conjunction with HRBPs/Heads of HR responsible for supporting the delivery of an integrated comprehensive and commercially-focused HR service to a defined client group within the business.

Key Responsibilities

·         Works in partnership with HR Team and business to understand HR requirements and identify appropriate HR programmes and initiatives challenging and making recommendations on current HR practices

·         Builds client relationships with key individuals in area of responsibility

·         Provides advice, interpretation and guidance on HR policies practices and processes escalating to senior colleagues or specialist teams where necessary

·         Drives the HR agenda within a defined area by ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against ongoing people management requirements

·         Leverages expertise from HR Centres of Excellence (i.e. Reward, OD etc.) and broader business partnering colleagues to ensure HR programmes and initiatives are communicated understood and implemented consistently across the business.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills

–          This is an Individual Contributor role

–          Previous HR experience in a commercial environment

–          Demonstrable years expertise in the HR field

–          Ability to work independently and liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business

–          Degree or equivalent and / or vocational qualification.
