Associate Software Project Manager

Responsibilities
• Ensure projects are carried out accordingly meeting deadlines and expected quality standards.
• Ensure operational teams work with core values practicing collaboration, prioritization, accountability and visibility.
• Ensure daily follow up of work, meetings, planning, reviews and other related work are carried out.
• Coordinate with clients and clearly gauge their requirement and pass to relevant teams.
• Ensure updates and information regarding the project flows to the relevant parties on time and accurately.
• Identify risks, open issues and determine action plans to overcome them.
• Ensure all processes related to the project such as Development, QA testing are carried out according to relevant requirement.
• Preparation of project reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 1-year Project Management experience in the IT industry.
• Strong Interpersonal & Analytical Skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in Software Development will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel internationally on short notice.
• PMP, Prince 2, CSM will be a definite advantage.
