Associate Tech Lead

Responsibilities
 Building web-based educational software, for teachers and students using Python and Django
 Develop API’s and web components in collaboration with the other teams
 Perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback
 Introduce and improve the development process and best practices

Position Requirements:
 5+ Years of experience as a server-side/backend developer.
 Proficiency in at least one server-side/backend language like Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, NodeJS
 Experience working in a web application and APIs
 CS degree with top grades and/or top abilities
 Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
 Must be fluent in spoken and written English
 Self-learner
 Passion for quality
 Previous experience in mentoring and leading is advantageous
 Cloud hosting, AWS preferred is advantageous
 CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred) are advantageous
 Experienced with containerized applications such as Kubernetes, Docker would be advantageous
 Client-side experience (New Angular or React, HTML, CSS, JS) would be advantageous
