‘1. Manage profitability of the distributor, to ensure that distributor operate in profitable business condition
2. Manage cash performance of distributor and unilever, to align strategy on debtors and cash collections
3. Ensure that financial control is in place within distributor end to end operation
4. Asses the new distributor potential in terms of financial healthiness
5. Execute strategic partnership on the collateral/ risk cover options for distributor
6. Drive promotion budget monitoring, strategy and control
7. Business partnering with Sales Team in area as finance point of contact to ensure that distributor operation is financially healthy
