Automation Lead (Selenium + Java)

Requirements

• Completion of Degree/Masters in Software Engineering or equivalent
• 7-9 years of test Automation design & test development experience is a must
• Review and contribute to requirements analysis and agile story grooming to ensure testability
• Determine Test Automation strategy based on requirements analysis
• Design and develop Test Automation Scripts using Selenium Web Driver with Java, Robot Framework with Python
• Report testing status to QA Manager and project team daily/weekly
• Design, automate and execute UI test cases and web service test cases
• Work with the Developers, Testers, and Program Managers to ensure application stability and requirements coverage
• Must be able to work often with short QA cycles
• Guide offshore Automation team and act as the front end for the client
• Good understanding of software development practices and disciplines
• Experience in estimations, sizing and documentation
