Position Overview
The Brand Executive is expected to implement plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty to drive the organisation’s brand equity. He/She will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be the champion of the assigned brand identity throughout the organisation.
Job Responsibilities;
Driving Marketing Strategy
• Leading and driving brand strategy to achieve the annual business targets with the direction of the management.
• Ensure that the assigned brand aligns with the Master Brand guidelines and objectives while engaging in brand-building activities for the responsible product/service brand
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns (involving both ATL, BTL & Digital) to drive brand awareness and penetration for key brands
• Plan and align monthly campaigns of assigned product/service brands with the support of sales and operations teams
• On time in full activation and execution for planned campaigns with the goal to create best-in-class campaigns.
• Maintain networks of the secondary development to the company’s sub-brands
• Identify secondary development requirements as per sales and marketing feedback
• Maintain a network for the developments including timelines
Business Performance Analysis & Planning
• Supporting Group Marketing Manager and the management to ensure on-time-in-full delivery of key strategic projects and targets
• Strong ownership of budgeting management and P&L to meet ROI
• Managing Annual Joint Business Planning exercises for key vendors from a brand-building perspective
• Compile, analyze and present performance metrics and strategize for improvements at the campaigns/brand level.
• Identifying and Capitalizing on White Space
• Evaluating, analyzing and mapping white space opportunities to recommend strategic brand initiatives for sub-brands
• Launching key brands across identified white space markets Stakeholder Management
• Fostering strong relationships with the wider Group Marketing team to share best practices and learnings
• Managing the marketing funnel activities related to key brands
Ideal Candidate should have;
• A degree in Marketing or fully qualified in CIM/SLIM
• Expected experience: 2 – 3 years relevant experience in the marketing field
