Responsibilities

• Conducting client requirement elicitation and solutions consultation workshops
• Establishing strong knowledge of the client’s business challenges, future growth strategy and translate into mutually beneficial opportunities
• Elicitation, analysis, modelling, and documentation of client requirements
• Facilitating technical design sessions with the internal teams (Presales / Engineering / Delivery) to articulate and define the solution
• Providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guide project teams from design & development to UAT and delivery
• Market / industry analysis to identify areas of improvements / gaps in the designated product(s)
• Managing the Product Backlog in Jira
• Obtaining knowledge on existing product lines and Industry technology trends
• Support in preparing Marketing and Sales product content
• Conducting product presentations internally and externally as and when required
• Ownership of creating detailed user stories by connecting with respective stakeholders
• Completing proposed client requirements for the product line after doing feasibility checks

Prerequisites

• 2 years of relevant Business Analyst / Product Analyst experience in the Software field
• Detail oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models and technologies
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a multicultural team and international clients
• Previous exposure to the Healthcare industry is an added advantage
