Business Development Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing and participating for stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Ensuring all the documentation is maintained appropriately for each task.
- Create a project management calendar which fulfills goals and objectives.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring relevant deadlines are met.
- Assess Business risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Arranging workflows and required documentation for other departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or a Degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Highly computer literate & proficiency in email, MS Office related business and communication tools.
