Job Description

• Achieve monthly B2B sales target.
• Build and maintain long-term strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Preparation of sales funnel based on the business plan target.
• Identify market trends and conditions, and align the internal procurement department to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.
• Share product procurement proposal to retail team based on the market gaps and on the B2B customer’s requirements
• Ensure that agreed credit timelines are duly followed up and recovered.
• Support retail team in sourcing products at a competitive price from the market.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university.
• Minimum three years of experience in handling corporate clients and in the field of sales or marketing.
• Strong communication skills (Sinhala/English).
• Proven experience as a field sales or corporate sales executive would be an added advantage.
• Having contact with sellers, distributors, and importers in the local market would be a definite advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
