Business Development Executive
The Role
- Be the single point of contact for all clients in the allocated region.
- Build long-term relationships with the stakeholders in your portfolio of enterprise companies.
- Monitor business health, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, risks, and escalations.
- Be a product evangelist by educating new service offerings to the clients in the allocated portfolio (training will be provided).
- Work with internal stakeholders in providing resolutions to customer requests, contract renewals, and other related customer activities.
- Provide regular progress updates to the business head.

Remuneration and Benefits
- Basic Salary of LKR 52,500
- Fixed monthly allowance of 22,500
- Salary pegged to the USD

Mandatory Requirements
- Willing to travel overseas (APAC region) as and when required.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
- Computer literate (specifically in MS Office)
Prefered Requirements
- Prior experience in the software industry as an account executive would be an added benefit.
