Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and generating a thorough a client base
• Planning & implementing a comprehensive sales strategy
• Achieving company sales objectives and KPI’s while achieving assigned sales targets/ sales visits & maintaining a comprehensive meeting plan.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport meetings
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Ensuring completion of other assigned duties reasonably associated with this position.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate should be between the age of 25-35
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Target oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills with English/ Sinhala and Tamil being an added advantage
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• String relationship with Head of Sales and Marketing in companies
• Australian educational background and experience is a bonus
• Must have a “Go-getter” attitude and contributes to the positive work environment
