We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Consultant – Client Services. The Consultant – Client Services will be responsible for including and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, whilst connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Advisory.

 

The Consultant – Client Services will be responsible for

  • Helping customers through support portal, email, phone, online presentations, skype for business and in-person meetings
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives, whilst clearly communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
  • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, whilst exploring opportunities to increase company revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer’s usage of our product- cost benefit analysis
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPI’s including assigned SLA’s
  • Assisting clients on a shift basis for 24×7 operation

The ideal candidate should possess

  • A bachelor’s degree, and 2-3 years in proven account management or other related fields
  • Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience i.e., managing business expectations and communication as per ITIL standards, good knowledge in IT solutions is a requirement
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
